New Games For Gp32 Mame 1.2.3

Ya know, I wish now I'd asked GrimReaper to see if Star Trek (Sega, 1982, vector graphic) could be added. Bit late now.
My local arcade had a sweet sit-down version. It's a nice easy game to play.
However, MacMame to the rescue..

But you just have asked me. :D

I had half an hour to spare today and thought "I'll give it a quick bash and see what happens". Well what d'ya know, IT WORKED. I've now added all the Sega Vector games and I'll send the changes to Franxis for him to add to the next release.

Unfortunately there seems to be no sound in these games for some reason and I haven't really got loads of time to "fight" with the code (sorry about that).

Anyway, enjoy 'em when you get 'em.

Bank Panic could use a rearange of the buttons (like Missile Command)!
What about Tapper, I thought it was playable in Mame .34
Also have you found a way to control dual joystick games (Crazy Climber, Robotron, etc)???

Bank Panic, that should be possible.
Tapper, much more difficult as it means adding the "Bally Midway "MCR" games" engine.

Have you any ideas how to control dual joystick games? I'd love to glue on another joystick, but I don't think I can do that in code.

Sorry, forgot to mention that the name of the Sega Vector ROMs added are:

spacfury
spacfura
zektor
tacscan
elim2
elim4
startrek

GripReaper, you really are the man. To go ahead and add these (esp' Star Trek!) is a top thing to do for the community.
And Space Fury is such a fun game too, as is Eliminator.
I don't know how you nailed the controls on the vector games of the last release, but they work really really well. Asteroids and A.Deluxe are things of beauty. And I'd not have believed Tempest could be so playable, or Battlezone either.
Well done sir!!
You have my 'clicks for devs' vote for August. And my gratitude!

I don't think there's any way to make dual-stick games really playable on the GP.
When I find a game like that I go looking for ports (in Robotron's case Genesis had a very nice version of Williams Arcade Classics that utilised shooting in the same direction as moving. Far from a purists choice, but playable).
For Crazy Climber I believe the was a NES port.
