i thought that divx, instead of drawing each frame just moved pixels :unsure: i could be wrong

What use is it anyway? i mean if running 15fps is not reccomended then really whats the diff? you have to go back to 10fps u can get 15 but thats at 320 x 150 or whatever.

Trust the recursion...
I changed the clock setting to 133 mhz (not recommended) and my gp32 didn't mess up.
