Robster
Dodgy hardware mod maker
Hey all,
I've updated a couple of pages on my site.
* The overclocking page now has details about different resistor values to use, and also how to use leaded resistors instead of SMT ones
* The 32MB page has a photo of my GP32 which now has 64MB!
I've also changed my estimate of how much 32MB will shorten the battery life. I initially thought it would be 20%, but I've done some more testing and I think it's more like 5%. So don't let shortened battery life put you off doing the upgrade
Finally, I've put a glass screen in my (non-FLU) GP32. I'd highly recommend it! The difference in clarity is quite startling. The glass I used is 2mm thick, as opposed to 1mm for the original plastic, so the grey plastic surrounding the LCD is pushed out but only a tiny bit.
