Seeing as we can do ip over usb in fw 2.0, are there any games that would work as multiplayer with their pc equivalent? As in a game like quake? I have tried 2xquake but the network settings are unavalible.

The network code is stripped out of Quake at the moment, but it's going to be put back in again. Got a version at the moment that almost connects but then locks up.

Imagine having online Quake2X tournaments. :) Too bad Wolfenstein 3D doesn't have network, that's the shooter.

Sounds promising. Imagine... a LAN party where you don't have to drag your comp with you. Just a bunch of people sitting around on a porch around a beer cooler;)

I think there would need to be a comp under the beer cooler to "network" them.
Why? The gp2x is a computer as far as I'm concerned. I can't see any reason why it wouldn't be possible to plug one gp2x into a BoB via ext, then another 4 into the BoB via usb.
