My Y Key Doesnt Work

tried it it feels about same, not sure if it ever worked only had it few hours and just noticed

My 0 key does not work on my unit. I tried wiggling it around with no success.

The pad on the keymat probably does not have enough contact, we can replace the keymat. It's possible to easily fix it yourself, but it would mean taking the unit apart which I would not advise.

If i took apart and didnt break it but couldnt fix it would it still be under warrenty with you?

I just started playing Pandora Panic and it uses the A button regularly, turns out that mine has various resting positions which I'm not overly fond of. I'm wondering if its the painted button or if its something with the keymat?

Open to advice and suggestions.
