I ordered my Pandora about a month back from the second batch and I never got a follow up email telling me my place number in line. Who should I contact for this information?

Contact the same people you contacted originally. You sent an email to openpandorasales@gmail.com (or similar, I think without the "sales" might also work)? Email them again. They're very busy, so your email may have become lost. It happens sometimes.

I don't think there is a standard 'this is your place in the queue' mail - since it is not fixed (your position is, but the people in front of you are not). Also, the rate at which orders are being placed is kind of commercially sensitive. It won't help you predict when you will receive your pandora with any accuracy anyway - not till production gets to the 3000s odd and there is also an update on the final batch 2 parts reaching the factory (since either could result in delays)

As tsh says, queue position is not part of the standard info they'll give you. Some people ask for it specifically, but you'll only get a rough estimate. They're not really obligated to to give out that info, and personally I discourage it as there are only two people handling all enquiries (new sales, customer support, general enquiries, the lot). Making them dig into the sales database slows things down for everyone.

Your order number is a different thing though. Once your payment goes through, you should receive a confirmation which contains your order number. If you paid via Google Checkout then that's where the email will come from. If you haven't heard anything since paying, you should get in touch with OPT on the same email address you used to organise your order.

Well the email was done on my fathers so I guess I should let him know to contact OPT because he never got a follow up email after completing the google checkout thing.

That's quite odd, because it's an automated mail from Google Checkout. Maybe it's been caught up in spam and deleted already. No cause for worry though! Just log back in to Google Checkout and look at your order history. If a payment has been made, the details will be there. Do this before contacting OP Ltd.
