Hello Peoples!
I was just thinking the other day how there are loads of .MOD, .SID, .OGG, .MP3 etc. players, but no actual music writing packages. I use Buzz, which I'm sure some people who really know their music shit will just laugh off as useless. I know the interface is a bit shoddy, but if you're used to old skool trackers, it's useable, and probably the most efficient software synth out there. With the speed the GP32 runs at and the almost non-existent OS overheads sommeone must be able to come up with a kickass program. It's got the MIDI soundsets and the 16 bit sound and all. If they can do stuff like nanoloop and little sound dj for the gameboy 8bit, GP32 would be fantastic. If I'm missing out on a package that's been around since forever someone please tell me. I'd love to write a track on the GP32 .
