Okay So I'm on hotfix4 beta 2 and I try the mass storage option. It says it works on the pandora end but nothing shows up on my mac.

Am I doing something wrong?

You aren't the first person to notice this. Is there an lsusb equivalent on Mac? And a dmesg equivalent?
All I can say for certain is that it works in Windows and Linux and that others have reported problems with Mac.
Do you set it to mass storage mode and then plug it in, or plug it in first and then set it to mass storage?

Tried both and I"m pretty sure I can just do a lsusb on a mac terminal (It's similar to freebsd right?) i.e. linux

no lsusb
dmesg brings up this

That means absolutely nothing to me. Sorry, this is out of my realm of experience. We need a Mac expert on this one, I just troubleshoot Windows and Linux.

I got it to work. I restarted my computer and pandora. Then I set the pandora to mass storage modenbefore connecting. I think if the Mac detects it as a modem thing first it doesn't work. Also the drive showed up as a macfuse drive... Don't know why. I'm gonna restarted my Mac and try this again to confirm my assumptions.

Okay here's a post were I've listed my method. I've tested this and it works. seems kinda weird I have to do it this way but it does work.

Also you might need MacFUSE installed on the mac? Not sure about that but my disc shows up as a MacFUSE disc
