A friend of mine who runs an online geek store (http://www.efrisson.co.nz) here in New Zealand uses sauceReader (http://www.synop.com/Products/SauceReader/) to get all his RRS feeds for the latest geek related news, and thinks its great.

Its pretty easy to make an RSS->email gateway as well; I've thought about iy myself Theres also RSS aggregator sites and tools .. ie: One webpage that collects all your RSS feeds, so you can access them from the site, without anything other than a browser..

Ermm... just use a browser like Opera which supports RSS feeds and that's it
(I guess FireFox also can do it)
