laptop - RM 4150

charger/plug - 20V - 3.25A(output)

thanks.

So, ignoring the over voltage of your new power supply, your laptop uses 75W maximum, and the charger provides maximum of 65W.

It should be fine for most uses (the laptop will drag down the power supply under load anyway), but, if you use applications that use a lot of power (I don't know the specs of your laptop), and have the battery charging too, the charger may struggle, and may cause problems (Eg. it may undercharge the battery, cause random crashes, resets, etc). Also, the power adaptor may get very hot or fail, depending on how it was designed.

Ideally, the power supply should be more powerful than what is expected of it - eg, to power a laptop with 75W, you would typically use a 90W - 100W power supply.
