Dont get me wrong the Film KICKS ASS.. I recommend u DONT Buy the DVD BECAUSE the JAPANESE DVD is Much Better... The Japanese DVD of Kill Bill Is FULLY UNCUT, so u know when it went black and white at the main fight scene, In the Jap DVD Version Its 100% COLOUR!!! AND 10 MINS LONGER!!!!!! :D

w00t :D MORE BLOOD :D

SO I SAY, BUY THE JAPANESE VERSION :D

I have a chipped xbox with DvD regionX (multiregieon DVD player) running on it and a set of these...

Bought them for cheap the other day off some bloke who wanted the cash desperately. And they're COOOL!

:p

Yeah the whole turning black and white thing with the removal of the eyes was a touch of class.

Oh and if you visit the BBFC's website you'll find that kill bill was passed uncut.

What's the point of that? It was B&W for a good reason.

Watched this film the other day, and as much as I dislike Tarantino, I have to say he did a damn good job with this one. Maybe not the finest martial arts film ever made, but certainly the best from a US director. Can't wait for the sequel.

Yeah, to get the MPAA to give it an R rating as opposed to NC17

He wasn't forced into doing it, although he would have been if he hadn't. Miramax have a policy of not distributing NC17 movies since they are Disney owned. The one time they did they made a one-off spinoff production company (quite expensive).

I dont have a link, but in interviews, the Asian version is reportedly his favourite, so get that. I'm getting the Thai version, since I prefer PAL over NTSC. The Japanese version is NTSC, so thats the best for Americans, and the Hong Kong version is the US Theatrical release, so don't get it.

The uncut version is also 2 and a bit minutes longer, in addition to the full colour battle scene.
