How do you put files on an smc card when i go to file>install it only accepts .zpk and .fpk files.

You should be able to drag n' drop them. But you have to do it from within PCLink. In other words PC-Link gives you two top-level tree nodes. One is your computer and the other is the card. You can drag n drop from between them. If that does not work you can use PC-link to browse to the file you want to copy and then you can use cut and paste.
