Running off FPLL (which is default), 30Hz is its slowest, 310Hz is its fastest.
Flickering is quite bad when slow, and taking it over 110Hz washes out the colours (black becomes about 75% gray at its fastest.)
You can't take it much higher as the LCD fails to read the sync signals, and you can only get lower by using the UPLL (which is roughly the half speed of FPLL)
