Sorry, bad terminology on my part.
The difference between "Profile", "Level", "Preset", and "Tune" isn't very clear to me - but they're all required to be something or this encoder GUI won't start x264.
I usually go High, 5.1, and change the rest based on the content.
Edit: To anyone that has a working Pandora(Craig, etc.), if I send you a 20MB vid, can you see if it plays?
