gPodder

Still Fresh
I was wondering if anybody had issues with this .pnd. I have tried the two newest versions and I only get a window for a split second, then goes away. Both versions do the same.

Yup, this is broken... I wonder why maintainers never test their stuff before putting them on the repo. It was working perfectly 2 versions ago.

Well, different maintainer, in all fairness. I uploaded version 3.2, the 2 versions of 3.4 were uploaded by Canseco. His version works for me, so I'm guessing it's the ext2 vs fat32 problem (which doesn't always get noticed by maintainers, because they typically use ext2).

Me again. Updated so it should work on fat32 cards too.

Usually it's a bug with the PND system that cause problems with fat32 cards, but this time it was a problem with gpodder itself (or maybe with Python itself, depending on how you want to look at it). Either way, using fat32 cards with a Linux distro is maybe not the best idea (though I understand why people do it if they've got Windows machines too).
