I don't know if anybody has tried it...

In tv-out pal mode, the video refresh rate is 50hz. If you use the VSync you will notice it.

Is there any way to force a 60hz pal refresh rate?.

Thanks in advance.

There is something called PAL 60 if I remember correctly, but it has to be supported by the tv... I could be wrong here, and I hope someone can suggest an alternate solution for you...

Yes, my question is if it is possible to active the PAL 60 hz mode in the GP2X TV-Out.

It should be possible... most TV-chips have the option built in... I can't say more than that though.

EDIT: I mean the TV-encoding chip inside the 2X is likely to be able to output PAL60, since most chips are able... we may be unlucky since this is GPH we are talking about.

It's obviously possible for the TV; he actually wants the console itself to output in a 60hz mode.
