So, I have a car adapter that can be set for varying voltages and outputs enough amps to run my GP2X.
I know the plug needs to be center (-).
Now, my adapter has many plugs that can be fitted to the adapter's cord. The plugs are round on one end (for the GP2X) and have two prongs on the other end (for the adapters cord) labeled (+) and (-). The cord is labeled "Tip" on one side and nothing on the other side.
So my question is what do you think "Tip" refers to? Is it referring to the center or the outer shell of the round plug? Im guessing the center but Id rather be sure.
Also, will plugging in a center (+) plug cause much damage?
