I am using a 4 gig Adata MyFlash Turbo SD card in my GP2x, and before the 2.0 firmware came out, I had to get my files onto the card using a digital camera that had better USB support, but let me access the entire 4 gigs of space (Minus a few megs here and there, which is normal.)
So this morning, after I put the 2.0 Firmware on the Gp2x, I was able to get USB connectivity to work, and Windows XP successfully detected the device, but when I attempted to open the Removable Disk, Windows told me that the disk was not formatted. (The disk is formatted, because I play games on it on the GP2x.)
So when I agree to format the SD, Windows brings up the Disk Format window, and it says that my disk size is only 955 megs. This is a BIG problem, because the SD is actually 4 gigs.
So now if I format the SD while the GP2x is plugged into the USB, and windows says my disk is only 955 megs, does that mean that I will only be able to access that much space on the SD if I agree to format?
Any thoughts?
