I had to send in my Pandora two months (TM) ago because it got the dreaded blue tint, and I finally got my replacement today.
But, off the bat, there are 2 hardware issues:
1. the 6 button gets stuck every time I press it and I have to peel it back up with a fingernail.
2. The D-Pad Right isn't like the other directions, it requires a lot of pressure to work, making fast paced games a lot harder to play. Plus, up-right and down-right requires so much pressure they're impossible to use.
I might be able to live with the first, since I don't have to type numbers that often, but the second makes me consider sending it in for repair again, though I'd really want to avoid that, having just gotten it back and missed it dearly the whole time. Could there be excess gunk or something causing either of them to not work properly? If so, would it be easily fixable by opening the Pandora or is the D-Pad/keypad stuck to the PCB?
