GoNote Mini 7-inch tablet / netbook hybrid

I was sort of ooh when I saw the picture, became a bit meh when I read on, but came back to ooh when it said it would be £99/$150!

Yeah the specs are nothing to shout about but the price is decent, not something I'd buy as it's quite low spec but the form factor is nice enough.

If it had smaller keys and gaming controls built in it would be a no brainer.

If it had a linux distribution it would be no brainer for me too. But with only android is kind of meh... I waited for very long for linux on transformer prime and after a year it is almost usable.

the spec should still be faster than pandora and if that ropckchip has vivante gpu, then community driver should be available...

edit...the spec page says allwinner a10, so linux support should be very competent.

No nubs.  No dual-SD slots.  Hmm ..

EDIT: oops, it has a touchscreen, n/m ..

7 inch?

That's like a netbook... a neat cross between a tablet and a netbook.

But I already have two netbooks and the Nexus7... so I can't find a use for it.

Neat price though.

That is all kinds of interesting.... Remove the camera, throw the iCP2 layout on the keyboard and you've got yourself a pandora 2.

Wonder if it would be worth approaching a company like this to co-produce the Pandora 2?

The keyboard itself looks a lot like the one on the earliest rendered images of a Pandora.
