Pretty cool, did you look into how well documented it is and what the community is like? The Beagle Board community is great because it is pretty big and it is documented really well. I don't know, I would try one of these if it had a good community of hackers behind it. Also, it says it runs Linux but all they have loaded on it is Windows CE, I wouldn't want to run Windows CE as it is kinda at the end of it's life.
 
I've done a lot of hacking on the Samsung SC3xxx processors, and .. they're "decent" .. but I wouldn't rank them anywhere near to OMAP in terms of features.

Certainly these boards are pretty neat, and if you have an embedded application for them, they're pretty ready to go .. but from my position, you'd be better getting a Beagleboard and one of the LCD shield kits that are out there...
