Well, if there any other GPL violations on the archive, please tell me.
This was nothing special, it was the only entry I knew it was violating against the GPL.
All other entries I know either have a link to the source code or a readme with the authors contact details included, so you can request the sourcecode.
Problem is: As I run the gp2x Shop, the site is kinda commercial. I only had some lawyer stuff behind me last week (nothing about the GPL, but it did cost me about 700 Euro for basically nothing), so I have to be more strict with the archive as well, as this could easily destroy my whole life.
I personally don't need the sourcecode (and I don't want to start a GPL discussion here, we had tons of them), but I do care about my own life
