DOOEngine is a native Dingoo PC Engine emulator by alekmaul.

Put DOOEngine.SIM in your GAME directory. Put your .PCE games where you want. Use "Interesting game" from Dingoo menu and choose your .PCE file, the emu will launch with the game.

Changes:
fix timer int : more games are working
# update sound each time psg is updated (more accurate)
+ add sound threading model to speed (a little) emulation
# fix tv-out pb (thanks Harteex for your help ;)

Trooper

He's using at least some code from three other PC-Engine emulators, two of which are under GPL. I asked him to release the source code, but I find the fact that he isn't making this clear in his readme and is instead passing it off as his own work to not be all that cool. He is doing the same thing with his SMS emulator, which "only" borrows a z80 core from another (IMO, the z80 emulation is like 75% of the work in SMS)

You're right, i will add in readme file that i learned things from this emulators but i made the emulators, THEY ARE NOT PORT of others emulators, so stop that please Exophase, it's not really nice to do such thing ....
They are lots of port (and only port, you know, guys who made only 'make' without any idea of what is behind that)in DINGUX scene and you are not complaining about that ...
Go to DIngoo Native OS scene and help us to make it a nice scene, it will be better that such post ...

That's not what you said on a320.freeforums.org..

"Well, my emu is not really from another emu. I took parts from mess, tgemu and mednafen. i compile all , and that's DOOEngine ^^"

Took parts from and compiled is not the same as learning things from them. These are your words, not mine. So which is it exactly? There's nothing wrong with a port, either partial or total, but ripping other people off and violating their license is not okay.

Ok, it's certainly my poor english that is the pb so. When i said i took parts, it's only for : i took A LOOK at these emus and i wrote my own vdc / psg / memory mng version to do DooEngine.
Is it more clear for you ? But you're right, i will add in readme a special thanks to authors of tgemu/mess/mednafen.
You know, i'm not ripping other people, i just want to help dingoo native OS scene to be more active, can you help also with that ?

Thx Alekmaul for all your hardwork, your 'ports' or whatever they're called are really appreciated. Hope you'll keep on supporting the dingoo.
