I was updating a skin for my gp2x, and noticed this unused image, in the settings folder. What is it used for? It looks like nothing... for now.

Any ideas?

Look at the default (1.2.x) skin ... there are several images that they never used in the final GUI; I'd imagine the same for this FW ...

Perhaps it's an easter egg, go press random buttons in hope of finding it :)

I like the idea of it being for firmware credits, but no programmer wanted his name there...

haha goodgame.

but seriously. i noticed that too and didn't think much about it, there was unused images in the last FW too, maybe they told the skin maker to make a load of images and then just didnt add the firmware for it but forgot to tell the skin maker..who knows. maybe Craig can ask them?

God I was trying to figure that out. I made a skin and even included the credits button but nothing showed and I thought I had did something wrong.

there is a couple of 'credits' text files on the v2 firmware nand- maybe something as boring as that?

those files relate to gpl stuff, so maybe gph were going to directly link to them?

it would be more fun if it was an easter egg though...

Damn! I went into Utilities holding down Select and the right-shoulder button and Minesweeper appeared in the list! ;)

Woas! If you hold down select + left-shoulder button and press Up -> Up -> Down -> Down -> A+B+X+Y then it launches a playable demo of Payback! Woah!
