My GP2X f-200 will not fit in the cradle due to the peice of rubber. Is there a way to remove the EXT rubber cover or do I need to cut it off?

Thanks

Because they're just held on by little pieces of rubber, I'd guess you wouldn't even have to cut it; just give it a good tug.

I tugged on mine and then cut it off. That way I have a longer rubber strip to plug it back in. It holds very well even when cut off. Wanted to avoid gunking it up.

Remove the SD card & batteries. Unscrew the four screws on the back. Pop it open, remove the rubber piece unharmed.

Good idea. Just be sure not to touch anything else in there!

I did the same on my F-100, works like a charm.
