I don't know weather this is an unusual occurrence, but I recently replied to a customer support thread to confirm that it could be marked as resolved on the new ticketing system

A customer support team reply (even though not strictly necessary) clocked in 1 minute later.

It used to take several days.

wow.

If delays can be kept anywhere near this short, happy customers and ED's sleep will no longer be mutually exclusive :)

Huzzar!

(should this go in off-topic? I don't know)

Eh we're doing our best. I did spend a good 2 hours going through what was left last night as it was bothering me :p

A lot of crazy stuff there :)

What are you talking about exactly?
ED moved all of his E-Mails into a ticketing system, and asked on the boards if someone would like to help him clearing them out. As it seems it worked out so thanks to ekianjo, mcobit, Askarus and Wally of course (hope I did not forget anyone) for doing a fine job

I didn't do much.

It was the most busy 2 weeks since long for me.

The one mentioned above did the hard stuff :) .

Great work.

I went through most of the calls last night, managed to somehow get down to 3 pages. We're down to 2 right now.

yay!

Guys that is a really awesome thing you have done. Hopefully ED can have a more normal life with the huge backlog sorted out.

Still too much work to do to lead a normal life, but it certainly helps, thanks a lot :)

Askarus also helps with repairing and shipping, sorting and organizing in my shop, so things are moving a lot right now.

I've started showing off the Pandora at the "Adelaide's Really Good Gathering of Game developers"... and I'm going to borrow my unit to a few local game journalists... hopefully might get some sales if they can publish anything
