Still Fresh
hello, I'm considering buying a gp32 for dev use but there's one thing I'm not clear about yet.
most gamescreens I've seen display sprites in some lowrange global palette like 256. but other display what seems to be still full screen images in 16b colors.
so does the gp32 have some kind of combined graficsmode where objects like sprites are restricted to lower colordepths?
only still fullscreen images can use 16b colors?
or are all those games with low colordepth in all or in sprites just conversions where old palettes were used?
also if sprites are not restricted to some low global palette, are there other restrictions like 16 colors per sprite or something like that?
sorry if all this sounds stupid.
thanks for help!
