You'll no doubt have caught this film from 2007 but I was really pleased to find it the other day.

Such a trip across retro gaming history, just a little before my time, such a change to today's ethics, today's games.

Really shows where retro once ruled, where videogames once positively captured the worlds attention in the mainstream. How and why it was fazed out and now makes headlines purely for bad reasons.

A sequel for what happened next would be awesome, with every step taken. Be it WoW gamers dying in cybercafes and their online funerals, to Manhunts false hammers, Doom's school gunners, and GTA knife wielding cue jumpers, or the steps by home programmers to military simulations that ended up as recruitment tools and tank controls.

Or simply the charting of online gaming and its rise to current levels and the revival of cash for gameplayers. We'll start with MUD, or anything earlier and end with Pandora's possibilities.

If you could chart gaming history, what would you include, who would you interview?

"The light from the hallway casts glare into the darkened room and upon the screens dull glow. You are struggling to read a message you wish you hadn't, as you've wasted some seconds of your life"..."There are exits to the North and East"....
