They both seemed like something was wrong, but that was before I knew about the calibration dance that needs to be performed every time you turn it on.
After that, they both worked pretty good. I could feel a tiny bit of roughness when I moved them around, so I used compressed air to blow at them from the side. I moved the left nub around a bit too much or something during the process, and now it dosnt work right. Great. :(

I feel as if something is stuck in my left nub.. Im sure i could fix it by opening and removing whatever is in there ( the spot where it makes a clicking moves if i shake/ tap on the unit ) Unless i can get a replacement nub to solder in to replace this one, either case is fine by me =)

^ It needs a bit of experience, but the nubs can be opened and cleaned(see Tweaks Thread) :)

Have seen the thread you mention, but lack the shim used to get beneath the nub to remove it as the other person had done, also im unsure just how he opened the nub itself if i was to get it off the PCB

Edit: I'm Just wary of damaging something i just got and already dont let leave my sight/person. <3 my Pandora

^ The nub has four screws underneath. It's really simple. The only obstacle is that you will void warranty when doing the MOD.

edit: Regarding your edit, yeah it's better to play safe :) Maybe holding it upside down while moving the nub carefully could push out the foreign object.

Heres a question: The Nub top piece that spins, is that removable like the PSP's? I may be able to shake it out or something if so, and there is a space to get beneath the case that way.

It's hard to tell. On this pic you can see a small pin inside that part where the rubber goes in. It might be a 'one-way' connection and break if you try to remove the nub. There might be enough room to get the piece out without taking out the nub, _if_ it is trapped in the upper part. If it's trapped on the side where the rubber is, you have no chance without removing and opening the nub completely.

If it was on the upper part i wouldnt have a one nubber. I have no problem physically rotating the stick, up till the clicking.. i think that piece of whatever is trapped under/with the rubber

If it's on the side of the rubber it might be possible to trap that foreign object in one of the slits that can be seen on this pic, by shaking the Pandora in the right direction.

It would have to be shaken diagonally as can be seen on this pic(look at the outer pin of the nub case)

Okay sure. Maybe trapping it somewhere would help, if its metal that may end up damaging something else anyway ( shorting another component, scratching the PCB etc. ) and thats the last thing i want to happen.
