I was wondering if its possible on OP to have one PND trigger another app. For example, clicking on an email address in firefox, resulting in the launch of your email client?
Any way to link apps to each others?

yes.. this should be possible when starting another pnd_run [app.pnd] process from withing other pnd [in scripts for example..].
But if you want to have something not hardcoded, you'll need somekind proper pnd discovery in angstrom itself [scanning and monitoring all pnd's realtime]

Surely that's what already happens when the system scans the SD card and plunks the PNDs into the menus and onto the desktop? I don't know anything about it but I would have thought that if the system can do that then it's not a huge leap to letting other PNDs use that database. It's just probably not coded in such a way as that, yet.
