Since I haven't seen it mentioned elsewheres, I'll just point out that AMD has publically released an OpenGL ES 2.0 emulator:

http://ati.amd.com/developer/AMDOpenGL_ES2_emulator.html

As mentioned it'll allow us to, at least partially, program within the OpenGL ES 2.0 spec whilst developing on PC. I haven't tried it yet, so I'm not sure how neccessary it is that you run MSVC2005 (+ the other "requirements").

Anyway, I think properly using the GPU will play a crucial part in unlocking Pandora's potential.... probably the best chance of getting fullspeed n64 emulation anyway.

Yes, considering it has unified shaders and Intel has picked up the PowerVR SGX for its UMPC's/Handheld markets there is a chance it will be DX10 certified!!

I think this kick-ass GPU core is one of the best features, isn't it a 5th gen of the Dreamcast GPU? (dreamcast was the 3rd gen if I am right.)

Equivalent hardware from other vendors may work

This seems suspect, I only use Nvidia and that seems a little odd. It "might work", at least they acknowledge.

I think that is really for allowing the ATI desktop GPU to act like the Handheld GPU for development of systems that will be using the ATI hardware, not necessarily any Opengl ES 2.0.

Maybe what you are looking for is this:

This has PC emulation as well :), so yes the SDK is available: For windows AND Linux PC's!
