Hi there. I'm obviously new here and I have a few questions, just like every other newb.
Ok, first and foremost: I was thinking about getting a GP32. I saw it a few months ago, and thought it was super spiffy, but kinda forgot about it. I was looking through my favorites list and saw the link I had saved as was like "Oh yeah!!!" Plus, now I actually have some money. So, my question, is the ASR Special Edition GP32 w/ FLU a good deal? I've been reading around and I know that ASR is supposed to be a great game, but it is very dialogue heavy. It's too bad they didn't change the look of the actual system for the special edition, but the box is damned cool looking.
Second: As some people that have been around the GP32 community for a while, do you see the popularity or community dying off any time soon, or has popularity and support been increasing?
Third: Is there, or is it possible to make, a Pocket PC emulator for the GP32? Since so many things have been ported over to the Pocket PC already it would very much increase the available software. Of course it wouldn't be able to play some of the more recent games that make use of the 400 MHz proccesors on the newer models.
And last, but most important: I noticed most of you live in the UK, and have mentioned the tax on importing from Lik-Sang and I think Yes-Asia also. Well, I live in the US and am wondering whether I would be taxed on an import as well. And if so, how much?
Thanks a bunch,
