Are you planning on updating YAFL? :)

It's just that none of the new Fenix games will run from it & it's very annoying to keep switching into PACROM...

Perhaps it's an easy fix? If so, it would be much appreciated!

An update will be coming sometime soon, I just need to find enough spare time to be able to work on it.

As for the Fenix problem, I believe it may be a problem with the Fenix runtime because the problem is in the functions used to pass the app path between launcher and app. These functions should work fine because the same method is used to run quake from the quake launcher. I'll either see if I can spot the problem in Fenix and release a fixed runtime (best solution because I think Windups also has problems with Fenix), or I'll add a work around to YAFL.

The DS isn't released until the end of this month ;)
Ah, so that's when I'm getting it :) early xmas present :)

Nope. Although it may crash if your score gets to around 200000 because of the record function, but if you're getting scores that high then you need to get out more ;)
that game is so ace Woogal. Is it based on an older game on the C64 or something along those lines?

Good news! If you're going to be fixing bugs in YAFL, could you perhaps fix some of the "cons" that I mentioned in this review?

Anyway, who is the author of Fenix? If I understand it correctly, you're going to try and fix somebody else's mistake, right? The previous build of Fenix that I had worked in YAFL, if that's any help...

i doubt the c64 could have handled anything like that so fast... it reminds me of certain bits from starfox on the 8-bit machines though (which i'm having a hard time finding the ROM for...
