Code:
ls /dev/ttyUSB*

I get

Code:
> /dev/ttyUSB0 /dev/ttyUSB1 /dev/ttyUSB2

no /dev/ttyUSB3?? oh well I carry on...

when I Setup /etc/ppp/peers/umts I had to change /dev/ttyUSB3 to /dev/ttyUSB2 as I dont have /dev/ttyUSB3

Got the same Problem with my Huawei K3520.

How can i solve this problem?

When i type "sudo pon umts" iget

Code:
/usr/sbin/pppd: pppd is unable to open the /dev/ppp device device.

You need to create the /dev/ppp device node by executing the following command as root:

mknod /dev/ppp c 108 0

so i tried what milkshake did:

Code:
sudo mknod /dev/ppp c 108 0

and I get:

Code:
mknod: `/dev/ppp': Permission denied

So how can i get a /dev/ttyUSB3? And how can i fix these problems?
