    SD Cards?

It looks like the SanDisk cards use the old UHS104 spec (thankfully). And I suppose we have something else to look forward to for the eventual Pandora2. :)

    SD Cards?

I thought only the 32GB SDHC cards would work? So could you load two of the 64GB SDXC cards for a total of 128GB in the Pandora? Hmm... tempting. Did a bit of quick research and it seems that the electronic interface is the same, it's mainly just a software/driver difference. Additionally I...

    Size matters

I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with you on this. If the form factor you're suggesting was used, then it becomes a lot less portable, and would require more power to run the screen which would result in lower battery life. I'm guessing that it's not the game controls you have an...

    Upgrade to DM3730

There are a few NDS games that are worth playing, but in my opinion they're few and far between. FF3 remake (as it was never officially released in English before)... and umm... I'm sure there's some others I'm not thinking of at the moment. But you're right most of the better games are GBA ones.

Hey Pandora team- When will you guys strike a deal with Foxconn?

Karma or his liver, and currently it looks like his liver will get him first.

    MS-DOS game recommendation thread

Copyrights aren't like trademarks. Just because they aren't currently being enforced doesn't mean they've lapsed. While most would probably agree that morally abandonware sites are fine, from a technical and legal stand point it's still copyright infringement.

    Upgrade to DM3730

I'm sorry!!! <pouts and sobs> I did actually search but didn't see anything listed (I foolishly searched in General Talk for the chip models and not a more open search term). It was just a question. :( <curls up in a little ball and hopes people stop beating him up soon> ;)

    Upgrade to DM3730

Ahh I didn't see that when I did a search. Then again I was searching by chip specs and this post didn't come up. At any rate, this answers my question and I thank you for that. :) (with a lead time of over 6 months even if they did order them today, I don't have to worry about it being...

    Upgrade to DM3730

Ok, if I remember correctly the Pandora board was designed for a pretty much drop in update of design (note: design change, not user upgrade) from the OMAP3530 to the DM3730. Meaning that R&D would be minimal if not non-existent (simply needing to be tested). I see that the beagleboard's are...

    Instant Pandora with a premium?

Upon closer inspection I can see that now, Thanks. My bad. :)

    Instant Pandora with a premium?

Ok so let me get this straight... the label on the back under the battery, closed in the battery case where it'll never be seen unless I swap the batteries out is going to be red? LMAO. Ok so what was I worried about? :) Hmm... looking closer, I wonder what the dip switches on the back are...

    Instant Pandora with a premium?

Have there been any pictures of what the batch 1 label looks like? :)

    Instant Pandora with a premium?

Anyone know what the "premium" Pandora is going to look like? The extra cost doesn't bother me, but if it ends up looking different that's going to upset me. I loved the flat black look, because it didn't look out of place in a professional setting. (Yes I intend on using it at work for a VNC...
