Google for a program called TINRA (This Is Not Real Anymore). AFAIR it only converts to non-compressed AVIs (you will have to compress it in VirtualDub yourself) but I haven't used it for a long time.
I've got MultiFW (the older version) on my GP and it works fine but one thing is strange: none of the settings remain when I reset the console:
1) I choose PacRom to be the default (hit B in the menu) and still every time the menu shows up.
2) I configure PacRom to start up in the File Manager...
I remember adding a reset switch to my C64 (well, it resetted the 154I drive to be exact) so I totally agree! It would be a huge relief since still lots of software doesn't include a reset function
Well yeah that works and works great but I mean restarting the console not the ST. I just hate switching my GP off and on each time I want to change the emulator.
I still haven't managed to restart the console, though the option says: Restart Castaway/GP. How do I do that? And if that's not implemented yet then I'd be grateful if it could be in some later version.
What systems I own?
Windows XP Home PL + Service Pack 1.0
RedHat Linux 9.0 (Shrike)
GP32
And I've got my abitur/matura (have no idea how that is is English) tomorrow ;)
Don't think so. The one included in MultiFW is even a newer one because it's patched by Mr.Spiv and now loads compressed FXEs. But when you install WindUps :) you can find out for yourself because the executable is there too.
The firmware includes only the main executable of WindUps and it doesn't create any folders/files/stuff :)
And I think it can only run gxb and fxe executables.
It's Hazel btw :)
I read somewhere that Moviepark doesn't work with PacRom, but after flashing my GP with MultiFirmware I can load MoviePark with both original FW and PacRom.
So maybe it's only a problem of "PacRom-only" firmware? Or maybe there's no problem at all?
