It looks like it does not like Firefox on my setup as it works on my Linux machine and from within IE in Windows (I am sure I tried this so it has either started to work or I didn't).
If I manage to track down what in Firefox for Windows is causing the problem I will post - must be an Addon but...
Thanks for replying.
This is all very strange. Boards is still not working for me but the normal www site works fine.
Here are the pings and tracerts.
ping www.openpandora.org

Either my DNS has a specific problem with this one URL (e.g. www.openpandora.org works fine!) or more than likely something is not setup correctly at the other end?
I do not know if OpenPandora read this forum anymore but if they do can they double check everything is setup correctly their end?
Is anyone else having trouble accessing http://boards.openpandora.org?
It just times out it is like the site is not their and has been like this for a few weeks.
All other sites seem to work fine? Is something not configured correctly or not propagated correctly?
I can ping the site fine...
RSS feed does not appear to be working? There have been several updates/releases since HF4?
I am using http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/116761799.rss is this correct?
Also New Uploads and Top Rated links are giving a 404 at http://apps.open-pandora.org/
How about adding a shortened link (or whatever) to the appropriate PandoraApps page from the RSS/twitter feed entries? Currently you see an RSS alert and then have to manually go and find it on the Pandora apps site as the page linked to from the feed has no hyperlink on it.
Not sure but I think there is some errant HTML just after where GPLv3 text is output (for example Pingus) - this means all the description can be clicked unlike when no GPL link is displayed.
This would be great (something I suggested when the App Store was launched and was on the list apparently). Currently the only way you know something has been updated is check the Twitter feed and then find the application in the list. It would be much easier if the newer (i.e. new or latest...
Using the information in this thread - http://www.gp32x.de/board/index.php?/topic/53220-your-place-in-the-preorder-line/
If I match the dates up my position in the queue is much closer to when I paid by bank transfer.
Like you say it could be timezones and many people may have paid all at the...
For me going off what other people have posted it seems to be the reorder date despite OP saying the original order date will be honoured.
Like you I did not pay immediately by bank transfer as I wanted to ensure I got my CC refund and OP said position would be maintained anyway.
OP then...
Although I guess emulators are important for most people I hope users that have bought the Pandora and contributed to the fund (like me) for Web Browsing, Video Playback etc are not left out.

>MAME - 29/5/2010
MAME was updated on 2/6/2010 but on the main Emulator listing page it is still listed as 29/5/2010 so unless you go into each item you do not know if there has been an update or not!
Would be great if the dates could be day and month padded with a 0 - it looks better and easier to read in my opinion.
e.g. 07/05/2010 instead of 7/5/2010?
May even be a better idea to do 07 Apr 2010 so there are no confusion over dates (unless it formats accordingly depending on surfers...
It is clear from the data that it appears your queue order (for me anyway) is when you paid for the Pandora the 2nd time not the 1st time and they were forced to refund.
I initially paid in Early Oct 08, paid again in Early Feb 09 and was last told I was around 1900-2000 in he queue (quite a...
This is one of the reasons I bought my Pandora - remote viewing of my MythTV box. This is great news and I hope it is one of the applications that is regularly updated and pnd'd for easy use. If I could decide where some of the dev funds I contributed when I ordered would go this would be a...
Was reading the following article and thought it would be great if something like this was made available for the Pandora?
£15 is not a bad price either.

I am only guessing here but could it go off when you actually paid and the money cleared? It makes more sense to me if you only get a position in the queue once you have paid and OP have the money in their bank.
Does anyone know if we are going to find out where we are in the queue? With all the possible order cancellations due to people having trouble paying etc it would be nice to know whereabouts you are in the queue?
Thinking about the queue I hope they are going to be fair and put people who paid...
"Request Timed Out" messages on hops 2/3 and 5 (assuming not set for ICMP or whatever) and then basically what you have output until hop 16 for me gets to the desired server.

Just standard ISP here also.
Either they have an over active firewall installed on their server that has started to block IP address ranges it shouldn't be or they have another server configuration issue that is causing some visitors not being able to access their site. I can't remember how...
