(14) battery slot / bento box (when on ac-power)
;P so will those buttons be cut out and filed by you guys like hobby model parts? or will they sort of hold together like in render, as in a cell phone?
and I guess the volume wheel part will be in there later? cause you didn't make it digital...
OMGZ thx. (edit: didn't look further into cache files issue. just used the zip:s)
now there's just the B button for esprade to wait for.
should give me time to review my usb host mod which suddenly has turned my 2x into a bucket of water.
finally got to my gp2x to try this but alas I'm having the same problem as the gentleman with the f200 (only mine is an mk2).
I've cached the roms (ddp, esprade, ...) and all went well. loading seems to work (only it's a bit quick? loads one gauge or two maybe). then screen goes black...
someone savvy might check out pocket pc (opengl es) version of ogre.
in case there are some ambitions to produce a noob-friendly pandora graphics api. would probably take less time and give nice reward assuming pocket pc ogre is like ogre on pc.
I'll get the guts to do a proper tate-mod somehow.
that GP2X in DMG case mod seems like a nice candidate. hats off!
it seems the 2X screen would fit the DMG in tate given you don't add any buttons above the top-most of the original DMG-button set.
having 4 batteries is also really sweet. (got 4...
my $0.02
I'd prefer even more minimalism than any of these (original is close though). I'd prefer all modifier keys (including Fn) and other debatable keys to be left blank (with perhaps a referable keycode on them) since I'm sure most savvy users will customise the hell out of the layout...
interesting :0
just found a real price for it in $ which was about 150.. not all that nice :/
if you did that you'd have to software raid those to make that solution similar to this thing (which is hardware raided).
and the speeds of this thing (what was it, 130/80 mbps?) exceed a wd raptor...
the cool thing with that gadget seems to be the high read/write speeds they get from using the 6 sdhc cards in RAID 0 (and large space).
that and the power consumption of the flash medium in comparison to that of a moving parts medium.
if you put the thing in a usb case for 2.5" sata drives...
I'm probably spray painting mine when i get it if there's a paint that won't flake off, so I wouldn't want anything that could add a slight relief and show through (even paint logos do). stickers would be fine for these things no?
Ogre Forums :: View topic - Ogre on pocket pc (using a opengl es renderer)
I had asked about it in this thread earlier for other reasons and it seems I really hadn't searched well enough :) looks quite optimistic.
they might understate the reliability simply to avoid being sued. :/
they do just that in the video
I'd definately get this if it came cheap :) pandora in shower/bath would rock :)
lol, underwater gps orientation with the pandora on your scooba dive trips xD
let's just remember that the software devs are working while the hardware is being polished. it's not like you have to wait for the release of the system and first then starts the wait for the software to be developed.
no point in hoping the system is rushed out because you're impatient to play...
sd cards would be great :)
about stuff like stickers I'd think it wouldn't be strange to add quite a bit to their price as to make them more of a token for donation.
you could make different coloured stickers for the generosity level (lol) of the donation :P
something like durable round...
