My little netbook runs blender just fine, and it only has a 1.66GHz Intel Atom Processor, running Windows XP, with antivirus software sucking up who knows how much of the processing power. The Pandora should have no problems.
There will probably be a slight maintenance fee taken out of every sale. Maybe around 10%?
Edit: Craig said on another topic it would be about 25%. Which I think is fair, it's less than apple, and a hell of a lot less than royalties for other consoles, I imagine.
Since there will be tons of free apps, it wouldn't make any sense to force users to put down starting balances. In fact, a lot of people might not have their own credit cards to put down the money.

Also, the apps that appear on the desktop should also appear on the menu. I might like to have Firefox on the desktop but I might also want to access it from the menu.
People in America might have shorter shipping times but I would imagine the order in which the Pandoras are shipped will be in the same order as people ordered it.
I was thinking, say with Battle for Wesnoth, if I want to make my own .cfg file and add it to the game, would I be able to get into the PND file's folders and just paste it in?
