    Gpsp Questions..

For advance wars, use version 1.0, US version, version 1.1 is slow as hell as the delay loop doesn't get removed from it. I'm running it at 220Mhz, and that seems to do fine. Some games still crash. Like zelda minish cap (at 90% of the game) I guess it wouldn't hurt to make a list of the games...

Can Anyone Port This Small Bloody 2d Shooter?

Quick look in the source shows doubles everywhere. I guess adding some fixed point math wouldn't really hurt anyone ;)

    Ac/dc Power Supply

I'm using an ATX power supply. It gives 14A for 3.3V, I guess that's more then enough. (No, I didn't forget the dot) Works great ;) and I don't think I'll have any problems hooking up the bob cradle to it :P (But that has to wait till I actualy get one)

    Gpsp 0.9-2xb

Would disabling sound rule out this possible deadlock? I'm currently stuck in zelda minish cap with a 100% of the time crash at a sertain point. I can walk back fine, but every time I enter a certain room it hangs after a few seconds. I haven't been able to build gpSP yet. But then again, I...

    Community Party Game?

It can be stripped down. Just don't include the libraries that have no use for the GP2x (database communication, networking, those kind of things)

    Tv-out Enable Detection

Only works for the GP2x compile target, not for the Windows compile target.

    Gpsp2x Emulator Problems...

Zelda - The minish cap works with version Gpsp09-2Xb (with crashes from time to time, but I still get those in just about every game) However, if you get 90% trough the game, at the dark castle, F2 I think. I get a crash, always.

Super Mario Rpg: Legend Of The Seven Stars

It uses the SA-1 chip. And I guess the snes emulator for the GP2x doesn't emulate that one: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_SA-1

    GP2X Open2x Compatibility

Good question :D I would like to add a question: What makes stuff incompattible? Is it the kernel? Or the lib on the rootFS? I think it's a bit of a shame the 'current state' info is kinda missing. For example, can I replace the stock GP2x kernel with the open2x one without problems while...

Resource Hacker Tool For The Boot .img

Warning: I haven't tried it myself. I don't have the facilities to unbrick my GP2x so I rather not mess with the bootloader. http://daid.mine.nu/pub/BootScreenChanger.exe This tool should allow you to edit the boot.img image of the 3.0 firmware. If you are brave you are allowed to try it out, or...

    GP2X Unzipping

.... mount? Might sound wierd at first, but what I think you are trying to do is to get multiple resource files (pictures?) into a single file. If you create a single large file, make a file system on that, and then mount it with (compressed) loopback then you can easly access your files in a...

Sdl Version Of Visual Boy Advanced

You can set the C or C++ compile option per file in the project settings, that might also do the trick?
