The Even More Incredible Machine On Xp

I also have TIM and TEMIM, but I've never run TEMIM on XP. With TIM, however, I have to run it in Windows 95 compatibility mode and with 256 colours to get it to run properly (Properties>Compatibility). If you haven't tried that already, try it. The Incredible Machine rules, we need a GP32 version!

    Considering Getting A Ds...

The GBA is a tenth of the power of the GP32, and yet it can emulate SNES relatively well, so I wouldn't be surprised if the DS could run at least Neo Geo. The processor is slower than the GP32, doesn't mean the specs are worse. Clearly it's a lot more powerful since it has proper 3D engines...

Can you actually see the screen when the backlight is on? I have a few tiny scratches but you can only see them when the system's off or from the side. I bought some Nushield screen protectors for my DS. They are great, they give great protection and a smooth feel, and they use no adhesive so...

No, that's just the linker for Flash2Advance carts. All the GBA carts have practically the same features. If you don't have a GBA, I would recommend the EZ-Flash 2 Powerstar, as it gives the best battery performance.

Blimey, what were you using as a stylus? You can't possibly scratch the screen with the official one, its completely blunt! I haven't got any scratched after months of use. Are you sure it's not just a scratch in the wax coating, because that will rub right off.

On my flash cart right now I have Yoshi's Universal Gravitation and Wario Ware Twisted, both cracked for motion sensor input, Mario Party Advance, Pac Man Pinball, The Tower SP (great game if you liked Sim Tower), and Star Wars Episode 3. I have also recently been playing Rayman Hoodlum's...

    Tapwave Zodiac

I have a Zodiac 1. The only difference is that the Zod 2 has more internal memory, but for the price difference, you can get a much bigger SD card. The only problem I have with having less internal memory is that you have to keep the internal memory pretty empty for Little John, the emulator...

    Sega Saturn Import Console...

Do you mean the CD swapping trick? Do you know if you need some special CDs for this, as I read somewhere that it will only read the really old blue CD-Rs?

Yes, I use lots of palm applications which all use the touch screen, as well as lots of palm games which use the touch screen too. For example there is a worms clone with touch screen aiming, and of course the touch screen is brilliant for SCUMM adventure games. I never thought I would need a...

EZFAs or E-CUBEs are best for compatibility, and Powerstars and best for battery life. Aparently there is a new type of Supercard being developed that takes SD cards and has no problems with slowdown and battery life, but no one knows when it's coming out.

Nintendo Revolution To Launch With 221 Games

The controller is not going to be a touchscreen, Nintendo have officially stated that ages ago. Aside from that, it would be physically impossible as touchscreens can only detect one touch point at a time, so you couldn't have a virtual controller on it.

I use a program called Card Export which lets you transfer files like a card reader and is much faster, much like GP Drive for the gp32. Edit: Yes, it feels very nice and solid as its metal. Its also a lot smaller than the gp.

I have one and I love it :) If you want nothing but games, a GP32 is probably better, but then again, a BLU is more expensive than a Zod, but a Zod can do so much more

Z emus are better and free for Snes, Atari ST, nes, gameboy /colour, SCUMM and probably some more obscure ones I've never played. GP32 emus are better for PC engine and genesis. There are a few emus on Zodiac that you have to pay for, but there are free alternatives for most that are better, and...

    Pc Gamepad

If you have the Super Joybox converter, there is a patch available here which fixes the C-stick and the L and R buttons for most things. I use mine for Project64 and the C-stick works fine for C buttons. I also used my gamecube controller to play through Psychonauts and the C stick worked...

    Considering Getting A Ds...

This is something I've wondered about for ages now. The loading times, the battery life, the unusable outside screen, the fact that it would get nicked instantly, it's like they don't want you to use it outside the house. So what is the point of it? They're pushing the fact that it's almost PS2...

    Gbax 2005 Reactions & Reflections

Chip's Challenge on GBA! Sweet! I love that game, I used to play it all the time on my old PC. Hugo32 got me psyched when I saw the name, but then I saw the screenshot and realised it wasn't a Hugo's House of Horrors and other Hugo games interpreter. Someone make one! Marioballs is a wicked...
