Someone correct me if I'm wrong. But I think I read that ZodTTD has used both processors in his latest version of the PSX emu. But still has some way to go before its really using them like he wants it too.
I don't know what this is about the whole putting the game in neocd.zip I have my emu folder Called NeoGeoCD and in there i have a roms dir where i place all my game files. each game i have in their own zip file eample: Metal_Slug.zip, Metal_Slug2.zip etc..
I also keep things clean at the root...
Oh my bad. I will up date the file tonite. but you can use any installer file from any skin they all do the samething.
---------
I didn't wait I updated the file now it now has an install file. Sorry everyone. It was late last night when i zipped it up and I was tired...
You know what. I have no idea what Noia means. The icons used in the skin are called Noia. I just put it in the name of the skin
The skin name is really Blue Ray.
I do not think that 3D should belong to the TV/ non mobile consoles. I think 3D should be mobile also. I do agree about battery life for the PSP but I have seen 4 to 6 hours at times on mine and so has a friend of mine and my brother. Thats not too bad in my book.
But when i ordered my GP2x I...
I would go with the flexablity. I like to keep things tidy all my game stuff in a single folder with sunfolders from there for each emu then a roms dir in each of the emu dirs. :)
my 2 cents
Well, I look at it like this. They already have internal drive cases you can buy that you snap in any 2.5" or a 3.5" drive. These cases are sometimes usb powered some have your regular wall jack power. You would need the latter type since the GP2x usb port is non-powered.
So with that said all...
Yeah i used dsk mngr the first time on my XP machine. It formatted and took forever and after that Gp2x still couldn't read my SD card.
But I also could not use the same card to flash the firmware update. I think its my 1Gig SD card. I had to swicth to my 256MB ScanDisk
Oh man, there were a ton of games that were great on the C64 i went on over to www.c64.com
I believe all the developers of the game slisted at that site have signed off on them for download. Public domain now! YEA!
Some of my favs were:
Castle Wolfenstien
Choplifter
Spy Hunter
Splunker...
Ok everyone here is what I had to do to get my firmware upgraded on my Gp2x.
I was using my 1gb integral SD card and I could not get the firmware to flash to the unit.
SO I switched to my 256mb San Disk card and BAM it worked! I saw the upgrading firmware screen and now have the 1.0.1 firmware...
So even if the .img files for the kernal and boot are not on my SD card have I place them with the rest of the firmware upgrade files but after It boots all the way to the main screen the .img files are no longer there.
Ok guys I will give it a try until i see that bat. lite turned off. Thanks!
Well. I checked my version on the GP settings info. Firmware says 1.0.1
The weird thing is I never saw the firmware upgrade screen. But It did upgrade and the .img files were no longer on my SD card after the I booted to the main screen.
