    Picodrive 0.96

My batteries are plugged into my mains, which die out every two weeks! ..Yeah!

Shining Force (1 and 2) run 50-60FPS @ 100Mhz and 8bit fast renderer (it has no difference with the 16bit well-done renderer). This is great for battery life! Underclocking isn't exactly a bad thing, so if you can make it faster, we can clock lower and save even more battery life! I played a few...

    Squidgesnes 0.38

280Mhz, but close enough. <3 MK1s and their power to clock higher than inferior MK2s!

Ooh, Mario Kart is about 25FPS with sound, which runs really smooth! Any way to use Gmenu2x's selector if you can't pass command line arguments?

I actually have to underclock my GP2X! This is amazingly fast, maybe a bit too fast?

    Squidgesnes 0.38

Ahh! Am I the only one this doesn't work for? The menu and such is fine, but when I try and load a ROM, from Gmenu2X or from the main frontend, it always gives me a screen with something scrolled up the screen, for example, Contra3 has orange lines. Any idea what's wrong? I tried killing the...

How Different Is The Red Hat Terminal To Gp2x Terminal?

There is no "core", in fact, I think sh was around before bash. You don't get layers, only alternatives. sh is dated and bash is generally better, that's all.

How Different Is The Red Hat Terminal To Gp2x Terminal?

Wrong. Bash is merely an interface - it's not like BusyBox that incorporates many utilities into one binary, bash is a shell. I use bash on my computer, now you tell me it's the same (it's not). Also, bash is not strictly the standard, although it is generally preffered and people use it over...

    Gp2x Emus Vs. Psp Emus

Get a GP2X. It's cheaper than a PSP with 1.5 firmware and is probably better.

    Gmenu2x V0.6 Released

Bug! When browsing folders for section stuff, it doens't show folder/file icons or text, only a highlight thing. Edit: Also, the selection thing is rather off, the highlight thing goes a bit to the right and down too much.

    Gmenu2x V0.6 Released

Mmmm.. Tasty. I'm guessing you can't make a select thingy with the menu yet, or can you?

Short & Not So Sweet Review Of 2x On T3

Funny story. In the holidays we were in the air port waiting for the plane in the terminal and this person on the other side of the bench had a T3 magazine and opened up on a review of the GP2X with a big picture of it. Insitinctively, I went up to him and shouted "OHSNAP!". It took a while for...

    Soft Text Rendering With Sdl?

I'm not entirely sure what the correct name for it is, but the text in this screen shot is exactly what I'm looking for: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/comm....6_tutorial.png As in, no visible sharpness on the letters. Anyway, I know this is possible with PyGame, but is there a method to...
