I would try deleting the firefox folder in appdata, redownload the pnd and try again.
edit: nevermind I saw your other post where you said you already tried those. Have you tried to reflash the unit with SZ beta5? Some times there are some folders that get created on nand with some programs.
What you have to do is boot into the normal desktop and make sure to be connected to the internet.
Click on the pandora icon in bottom left to bring up the menu and click on terminal.
Type this in and hit enter
sudo opkg update
Then when that finishes type in and hit enter...
You would suck so bad on the Pandora...
In all seriousness, I don't know why people would have anything negative to say. It's not like it hurts you or your Pandora experience in any way. Android just gives us more software options, which IMO is never a bad thing.
Android is not going to...
Can you make a video of what happens to the device when you remove and insert the battery?
Could you try this step, but instead, place the battery in while holding the right trigger? Make sure you continue to hold the trigger for 10-15 seconds after you insert the battery.

It may not work, but it is worth a shot to update to the latest hotfix, this will reinstall the os and delete anything not on your SD...
Have you tried reseting the nub settings? That has solved some problems for me in the past.
A couple people have been having some intermittent issues when using the new kernel but I believe those were solved by the setting reset.
