I love the screenshot you uploaded the game looks amazing and I would love to remake a game that looks that fun.
But I have 2 questions:
Is there a demo for windows?
And....
What do you mean by basic art? Are you able to draw sprites or backgrounds?
Also I'm noticing the amount of ideas...
I love this idea but I'm not able to program most of the stuff you're talking about but I can draw scenery and backgrounds maybe if we can get a more seasoned programmer we could start working on a project similar to this. :)
Also keep the ideas comin' this thread isn't only for me but for...
I would love to make a fan-game but one that isn't point and click preferably because I've never been a big fan of those games besides Monkey Island :)
Thanks guys for all of the ideas keep 'em comin'!
Knob polisher? I'm not even sure what to think about that one...
I've also re-uploaded my art to imageshack so now everyone can see it :)
I'll give 5 points to the first person to tell me who the 2 characters are in the third drawing. :P
Hey everyone,
For the past 2 months I've been unable to come up with any ideas for a game at all (Which isn't too surprising.) but the part that really bothers me is that I've recently acquired a scanner/printer all-in-one and even though I'm capable of drawing sprites for a game I can't draw...

end up mistreating it or leaving it...

"Why do we care?" You might be asking yourself.
Well if I was to use Code::Blocks on Windows would I be able to compile my programs for the...
Just so I don't have to create a new thread I'll just use this one to ask this question...
I've downloaded Code::Blocks on Ubuntu 9.04 and the files from this link (Files I downloaded.) and I wanted to know what do I need to do after getting these files to get my programs to compile for the...
@Zacaj
That was the most helpful post I've ever seen. I like the fact that you didn't post any links or even give a name to these so called "Special tools". Thank you because I understand exactly how to compile a pandora game thanks to your helpful post.
Seriously? Dude c'mon I know you can be...
Hello Pandora community,
This is my first post on these forums so I'll try to be as non-noobish as possible. :P
Just had a quick question about porting games made with the Irrlicht engine and Visual C++ 2008 express edition.
I was hoping that someone here could tell me what precautions to...
