you could lower the die size of the cpu using the 32 nm production and so on with the ram and the rest of the circuits but alas intel is hogging all of the 32nm chips

what they should do is keep the same hardware, convert to a clamshell design, touch screen, work on energy efficiency, dual nubs(like the pandoras), increase ram to 256, and then just overclock the cpu to 600mhz and the gpu to like 200+, oh and increase screen resolution cause it sucks pretty bad

why are people worried about frame rate so much. i thought you need at least three times the power of the device you are trying to emulate the DS has two processors ARM based with a total of 80mhz just the ARM core of the pandora is 7.5 time the power of the DS and the Graphics on the DS are not...

just curious but why does it have to be ARM for our processors there are many other companies that make RISC based processors Like PowerPC or the Tegra from intel (stupid intel) i know that ARM has the most market for mobile processors but is there no other company that we can rely on

an emulator is not an OS emulator is a executable which is a program besides your view of the OS is very narrow if you made and OS gamecube for the pandora there are ways to get around many things to trick the rom into thinking everything is there when you only have a fraction of it.

the only possible way i can think of pandora running gamecube is to make a OS that only process is to run gamecube games but i dont think anybody has the time to do that.
