    "command Console" On Quake

Yes, there is. If you go to the options menu, then hit "GO TO CONSOLE". You won't be able to type anything, however. It's completely useless to those who don't have a usb keyboard. (why is this in Emulation?)

Why Do We *need* An Sd Card Reader?

Reading and writing to the SD card works fine for me if I read it through the GP2X. Why is it urgent to get an SD card reader?

    Didn't solve it :(.

    Sound Problems

When I try to play a music file in the music player, the music is somewhat stereo, and continuously makes either the right or left channels louder than the other. It's hard to explain. The left channel is sometimes louder than the right, and vise versa. It flips occasionally. I have firmware...

    GP2X Gcc On Gp2x

If we had development tools and a text editor(along the lines of an IDE) right on the GP2X, we could develop from anywhere :). Not that compiles would be quick, but still would be useful. Sort of like a TI-83?

    What About Open2x?

Will Open2x solve the problem of the TV-out not centering/scaling the image on the TV screen correctly(at least in America)? Whenever I play a video through TV-out it's about 1-2 inches off to the right, leaving a black bar on the left side of the screen, and cutting off those 1-2 inches on the...

    Glquake :)

Using gpu940, it would probably run fast enough to be playable, maybe even faster than 2xQuake.

    Free Sdio-stack Available

One that supports CSS and Javascript at least. Flash could be taken care of with the swfdec plugin.

    Free Sdio-stack Available

This should be added to Open2x. Open2x could have a lightweight graphical web browser(so you have something to use Wifi with).

    Full Speed N64 Emulation!

So you're saying an add-on to the GP2X? What's the point?

    What About Open2x?

This raises a question of mine: Will Open2x fix the problem where if you run out of battery power, it basically goes berserk and draws random stuff on the screen and outputs random sounds? This is not much of an issue, but isn't that not very healthy for an electronic device to be doing such...

What Is The Status Of The Gp2x Quake Port?

What? No love for Quake I?

    Sd Cards Using Ext2 Filesystem?

Is it possible for the GP2X to read SD cards formatted with ext2? I'd like to take advantage of symlinks and the like(to save space). Plus, FAT/32 isn't exactly the most stable filesystem out there. I've had all kinds of problems with FAT on my SD card. I have had to reformat a couple of times...

What Is The Status Of The Gp2x Quake Port?

I know this is old, but what is the current status of 2xQuake? Any possible chance of using GPU940?

    2xquake: Volume Script?

Hi. As some of you know, you can make scripts for Quake to do certain commands easily. I have found out that the keystrokes for vol- and vol+ are c and d respectively. Does anyone here have a script for autoexec.cfg that allows me to set the volume from 0(mute) to 1.0(max) with the volume...

    What The Heck Is This?

While telnetting on my GP2X for fun, I did this: [root@gp2x root]$cat /etc/resolv.conf And it returned this: search ns.hananet.net nameserver 210.94.0.73 I have not edited the GP2X's resolv.conf at all. What purpose could this default nameserver on the GP2X serve?
