    Smallbasic

Would visualbasic 6 work on the GP2X, or do the programs made in it only work on Windows platforms?

    Shadow Warrior

Umm... Why would it need to be ported to SDL? As far as I know homebrew worked fine before SDL was ported to the GP2X... (offtopic: posting this on my 120Mhz Pentium laptop with 32MB RAM, a wireless card, and Debian Sarge. :) )

    Ff7 Just Hangs In Gp2psx 0.36

Nevermind, I got it working. Oh, and FYI and it worked with .img. I've also used .iso. Never used .bin before.

    Ff7 Just Hangs In Gp2psx 0.36

I converted a FF7 .img file to a .znx file with pocketiso, and it will not run in GP2PSX .34, .35, or .36. It does run in EPSXE on my PC though. Do I need to use any special options?

    Best Handheld For Emulation

Because it is of utmost importance and needed to be answered immediately, lest everyone suffer the consequences of not knowing why Amiga emulation is "not possible". DS has emulators. It also has ScummVM - and it makes use of the touchscreen.

    Best Handheld For Emulation

Why is Amiga unlikely? It's just a 8mhz 68000 with like 1MB of RAM...

    68k Macintosh Emulator?

Mini Vmac should run at full speed, since it only emulates a Mac 128K to a Plus with a 68000 @ 8mhz... If the Atari ST emu is running at full speed or near, this should too...

    Voxel 3d

I'm not a programmer, but wouldn't it be easier to find a somewhat basic voxel engine and modify it to suit our needs instead of building one from scratch?

Super Sexy Joystick Mod (xbox + Pen = Bliss)

That looks pretty awful, to be honest. You should trim it shorter.

    Gp32 Emulator?

The PC version is capable of running at full speed, but the author purposely makes it run at 66mhz because he doesn't want people to use it for piracy, but for testing homebrew. The GP2X and the GP32 use similar hardware, so the CPUs might be compatible to some degree...

Gp2x Joystick Exposed - The Internals

Has anyone bought a replacement joystick without the bias and soldered it in? I'd be interested to know if that helps...

    Voxel 3d

Hmm... Could this engine be ported to the GP2X and then built upon to make games? That would be quite nice, since it seems Voxel engines do not make use of an FPU...

    Old Mac

It would be rather difficult to turn a 6116CD into a macquarium, since it's just a desktop model.

    68k Macintosh Emulator?

Well, the PSP's native resolution is 480X272, and it can emulate a mac. http://www.digital-yume.net/neisha/ I don't know if it is using scaling or not, but if it is it doesn't look bad at all.

    68k Macintosh Emulator?

If I could port it, I would be porting it, not posting this topic. :P

    68k Macintosh Emulator?

I think it would be cool to have a 68K mac emulator ported to the GP2X. The GP2X should be more than capable of emulating it as well, since the Genesis is fullspeed and it has a 68K cpu at about 12mhz. A lot of the macs emulated would have 8mhz and 16mhz cpus. Some 33mhz, but I don't know how...

    Gp2x's Joystick

The joystick is okay. It can be very annoying in registering directions incorrectly, but that seems to depend on the game/emulator, some do it, some don't.
