    ETA - the When? thread.

I have an original preorder from Craig in March 2009. If I upgrade to the 1GHz test run, could I expect to receive my unit sooner?

    1ghz pandora dreamcast emulation

I'm kind of interested to hear about the dynamic recompiler. Are you using dynamic register allocation, mix of static/dynamic, or (doubtfully) no allocation? Have you been able to abuse ARM's 3-operand instructions to avoid generating any code for SuperH MOV instructions?

What's it officially going to be called?

Confirmed: These units can reach clock speeds of 1337MHz.

Two months, my favorite! :D (I'm a fellow March 2009 Craig orderer)

In that thread, EvilDragon tells how many Batch 1 and Batch 2 preorders are left in his queue. Craigix, do you have the numbers for your queue?

Maybe the TV Out Cables will actually exist by the time my (old preorder) Pandora ships :P

UK ordering available again for new units

Would it be possible to tell, out of the ~1000 Batch 1 / Batch 2 orders left, how many are from each batch? Surely you'd know how many Batch 2 orders there are?

    How's it going? (2012-03-05)

Are you guys talking original orders or 2012 orders (since only original orders are eligible for the upgrade, right)? Because I ordered in March 2009 and I haven't upgraded.

    Faster delivery/upgrade - Craig's orders

So I should upgrade and then count on getting yours? :P

    Faster delivery/upgrade - Craig's orders

You called? Well, you guys have it better than us TI-84+ owners. TI used to load those calculators with 128KB RAM, but all of their batches since April 2007 only have 48KB RAM. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE

    Faster delivery upgrade-Information (2012-03-06)

I thought there were only 1300 original orders left. That would be only about 10 months :P

    There we go! (2012-02-28)

Does anyone know how far along the original queue is? I ordered in March 2009 (probably from Craig, I think) and I haven't heard anything, so are they still sending out Pandoras from the first few days of pre-orders?

2 Months..... umm, weeks to go (2012-02-06)

What are the differences between the SGX in the old and new PCBs?

One week to go... and so much work to do (2012-02-10)

I love it when my snow is filled with toads :)

And what about the DSP ?

Didn't I hear discussion a few years ago that mp3 playback using only the DSP could theoretically run for 100 hours?
