Sadly ET isn't open-source, which hinders the development of TrueCombat a lot and makes a port impossible.
A port of NavySeals: Covert Operations would be possible though:

However they currently need help actually finishing the standalone version...
Quake3 will definitly be ported and should run just fine.
Personally I would really like to work with the Cube2/Sauerbraten engine, but someone else would have to port it, as that clearly exceedes by code hacking (butchering) skills.
WinCE was AFAIK only used in certain games, not generally.
I guess the DC could be emulated as good on the Pandora as the PSX on the GP2X :P But that is a completely uneducated guess.
As I already explained here:

A cheapo webcam would IMHO be usable for most applications an accel. could be used, by utilizing a quick motion sensor algorithm, and could be actually used for much more!
Most USB cams work quite well with Linux, but as with all addons they will not be used by "the" programmers by all probability.
Besides, a ultra portable handheld is pretty much the absolute opposite idea to adding all sorts of add ons (on the go).
A cheap webcam in the screen compartment would be probably really easy to add and could be used for all sorts of fun things (see below)
Best would be 320x240 or slightly above and it must have at least 30 fps (with auto gamma disabled). A removable IR filter for fun IR tracking things would be...
Freespace 2 (or one of it's free mods) is probably your best bet. Especially because it's system requirements in the original version are a perfect fit for the Pandora.
I am not proposing that the linux on the pandora should be updated that way :P
Really no problem to let apt-get still handle that.
And the games you install will not checked for rock stability by anyone else than you anyways.
As I long time linux user I really like the benefits of the apt-get system and central repositorys.
However OpenCDS follows a completely different idea, and is especially for games much more suited.
The main point about the distribution repositorys is that of a stable officially & centrally...
Didn't SUN recently release the original Java RE etc as free software (GPL with classpath excerption)?
Oh and maybe this free java based STEAM alternative (linux compatible) could make for a nice content download system for the Pandora:

Most image editing programms allow you to set a custom (printing) resultion, e.g. how many pixels per inch/cm. Thus that should give you a good approximation.
My personal guess it that it would be probably better to use three pixel wide lines, but the two outer pixel rows mostly used for...
Btw, did anyone contact the Wind&Water guys if they are interested in releasing it on the Pandora also?
Didn't get around actually buying it, since I sold my GP2X, but I would sure love to play it on the Pandora.
The TV-out is a seperate singnal (CraigiX said once very early in the discussion), e.g you can have a different image on the build in screen and on the TV out.
Thus there is no need to scale the 800x480 into TV resolution.
